Without the ability to teach your sponsored reps what to do and mentor them it will be hard to build a massive downline. Without a business plan you will be unable to establish your short and long term goals and track your progress.

You have that ability right now…this training website, allow me to explain. As you start to finish the training modules on marketing and taking massive action, you will start to get people interested and getting new signups. As these new singups contact you, they will be looking for direction and guidance.
Your job will be to make contact, follow up with them, establish a relationship and then introduce them to this site. Here they will be able to get the same kind of training you received and then start getting their own signups. You are now duplicating your efforts.
It will be important to stay in touch with them and always return phone calls and emails. Because you have already been thru the training it will be easier for you to mentor and give them solutions to their problems and issues.

Ok, now that we know why duplication is important and understand how to duplicate your efforts we need to look at how to write up a business plan. Understand and apply the basic ground rules and you can easily prepare a business plan that will be the cornerstone of your Internet business.

- What is the timeline…be specific and realistic with your goals
- How are you going to set yourself apart from the competition?
Write down these goals and dates, then print them out and reciew weekly and make changes as needed. A business plan is a living, breathing thing that needs to be adjusted from time to time.
Armed with this information you can refine your business concept and draw a complete outline of your plan.
